Shipping policy

All items posted and sold are carefully inspected for any damages before shipped out to you. 

All items shipped are in "like new" condition unless specified in the description of the item. This creates a clear understanding of the condition of the item as well as transparency. We want you to trust that what we post/sell is exactly what you will receive.

All 4" Funko Pops will be shipped in soft pop protectors unless specified.

Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims.

All products purchased and shipped from ten2sixtoys.com are packaged by us but handled by USPS, UPS, or Fedex. As a result, risk of loss or damage for such products will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Since we do not have any control over how the carrier handles your package, we can't be held responsible for their delivery practices and cannot guarantee that your item(s) will always arrive in mint condition.

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days unless you have been contacted by ten2sixtoys explaining any delays. We understand the excitement of having a new toy/item so we ship promptly to make sure you have it "In hand" as soon as possible.
